Rocket Health spokespersons trained by NTV’s Raymond Mujuni

Rocket Health’s spokespersons including the marketing team and members of customer-facing departments have completed a media and communications training facilitated by the Head of News at Nation Media, Raymond Mujuni.

Mujuni, who has vast experience as a print, broadcast, and online journalist shared insights into the different media platforms and how Rocket Health can position itself to be a good fit for news stories.

The company’s communications team was prepped for different crisis scenarios and underwent practical media interviews.

”Print media is still the most authoritative. Utilise such platforms to influence policy makers and decision makers to have a positive view of your brand.” Mujuni explained as he highlighted the pros and cons of differnt media platforms.

Participants in the training were impressed by Mujuni’s depth of experience and his insights into how the health of the company’s operational dynamics and employee relations affect the ability to respond effectively in the event of a crisis.

”The training was very insightful. I am really happy we have had it now because in a way I realised we were not ready to handle crisis communications,” Alex Rukunya, a multimedia and digital communications assistant said.
